2. Description of Service

Axxent provides a business-to-business (B2B) AI-powered voice assistant platform that empowers organizations to automate inbound and outbound call answering, lead qualification, and calendar appointment scheduling via large language models.

3. User Responsibilities & Telephony Laws

As the ultimate controller of the phone lines routed to our service, you are strictly responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from your callers regarding the recording, transcription, and artificial intelligence processing of their phone calls in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal telecommunications and recording laws (including two-party and multi-party consent statutes).

4. Service Availability & AI Limitations

While we architect our proxy servers and vendor connections for 99.9% uptime, we do not mathematically guarantee that our services will be perpetually uninterrupted. The foundational AI language models we license are probabilistic and are subject to occasional hallucinations, unpredictable conversational deviations, or transient network delays.
